The institute provides three months-regular course in autosuggestion to discipline body, mind and thoughts. We arrange free computer courses for poor girls at village Attawa in Chandigarh.

To work actively for general progress and welfare of the women and children and to help women to utilise to the fullest fundamental rights conferred on them by the constitution of India. Margaret Cousins founded the All India Women’s Conference, one of the oldest Voluntary Organisations in the country, in 1926. Today AIWC has over 1,00,000 members in 500 branches all over the country. It is recognised as a premier organisation working for women’s emancipation and empowerment.
